Having a problem with your hosting account or PC? With Request-A-Tech you can have one of our technicians assist you. Live. We provide you 2 services that allow you to get the most out of your money. The fee is $25.00 an hour (one hour minimum) through phone or online assistance. For in-person assistance the fee is $65.00 an hour (one hour minimum, does not include travel charges).

Crossloop Assistance

Crossloop is a secure and safe software application that allows one of our technicians to remotely control your computer via the internet. Meaning that with your permision we can assist you over the phone and show you the next step to solve your problem.

In-Person Assistance

With in-person assistance you don't need to worry about downloading any software to your computer or try to understand us via the phone. One of our technicians can meet you at your home or business and can assist you in person. This way you don't have to worry about any complications and you can discuss problems with our technician face-to-face.
